I’ve always been the kind of cook who changes things as I go. A little more garlic, a different sauce, an easier way to do something, or a substitution because I’m absolutely not going back to the store for one ingredient.

Drizella’s is where I’m finally putting those recipes in one place. They’re the things I actually make for my family and friends, along with the little tricks, variations, and “trust me on this one” notes I’ve learned along the way.
